Microarray analysis of pediatric ependymoma identifies a cluster of 112 candidate genes including four transcripts at 22q12.1-q13.3
Neuro Oncol Suarez-Merino et al. 7: 20

Supplementary Table

Supplementary data includes a table listing all genes that were found to be differentially expressed upregulated (≥3-fold change in expression levels between ependymoma and controls) and downregulated (≥ 2-fold change in expression levels) in our affymetrix experiment from comparison of 6 paediatric ependymoma biospy samples with 3 normal brain controls. It also provides information about Affymetrix probe names, normalised values obtained from the mean normalised value of each gene in the ependymoma cohort to the mean normalised value of each gene in the control sample, standard error values using GeneSpring Software, p-values from the parametric t-test (see Materials and Methods section). Info also about the fold change for each of the genes between ependymoma and normal brain controls.
