The material in the files contained in this ZIP folder (proba.hdr and proba.img) are an atlas of brain scan images (a “probabilistic map”). The data have been saved in the Analyze format. If you download and install the free software called MRIcro, you will be able to open the .hdr file and view the images. The following link will take you to the MRIcro web site and allow you to install it: http://www.sph.sc.edu/comd/rorden/mricro.html - Installation Basic information about MRIcro System requirements: Windows 95 or later Linux x86, Solaris x86 Hardware requirements: 16 or 24-bit colour Current version: 1.40 build 1 Price: Free (see installation section to download) Author: Chris Rorden Features: * Converts medical images to SPM friendly Analyze format. * View Analyze format images (big or little endian). * Create Analyze format headers (big or little endian). * Create 3D regions of interest (with computed volume & intensity). * Overlap multiple regions of interest. * Rotate images to match SPM template images. * Export images to BMP, JPEG, PNG or TIF format. * Yoked images: linked viewing of multiple images (e.g. view same coordinates of PET and MRI scans).
